Mineral Pro SPF 50 Tinted 75gThis easy to apply, dry touch tinted cream contains naturally derived mineral Zinc Oxide to provide broad spectrum UVA UVB protection. Contains Vitamin E and Kakadu Plum Extract. Directions for use: Apply liberally at least 5 g (one teaspoon) for each limb, front and back of the body and half that for the face, neck and ears 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours and always after swimming, sweating and towel drying.

I'm 6'1 250. Muscular build.
I can normally wear XXL, sometimes order 3XL to be safe when ordering from Amazon. These 3XL are super skin tight. Nowhere near a "normal" 2XL, let alone a 3XL.
