I've been taking this for years

I've been using this forever. I trust the quality of Whole Foods supplements more than most other brands and the price is very wallet-friendly. I know there are conflicting views about it, but I believe that milk thistle is beneficial to the liver so have taken this for years.

Hope the instructions could be clearer

The supplement come with capsules. The isnstruction is somehow vague. It says Take a capsule, 1-3 times per day. It does not mention before drink, after drink or during drink. I tried before drink and did not feel much better lol. Probably gonna try a few more times and update this review later.
