2025 + CB1000 Hornet SMOG Block Off Plates PAIR AIS Eliminator Kit Honda CB 1000SMOG BLOCK OFF PLATES The PAIR SMOG system feeds fresh air into the exhaust to aid in the combustion of unburned fuel. It was designed to improve emissions but will cause problems with many aftermarket exhausts mufflers. Plates are machined from billet aluminium. Stainless steel bolts & washers, plus a high temp. rubber airbox cap is supplied. Also includes a PAIR valve eliminator plug, to fool the ECU into thinking it is still connected & prevent it

Awesome tool
Very easy to use, only issue I had was the location pin was a bit tight. Chucked it in the drill and polished it up with a scotch-brite and it worked perfectly. The end to end symmetry made it easy to move from one side to the other. Good price as well!

The jig itself is great. The markings make it easy to be consistent; the design is well thought-out; and the build quality is good. I would recommend replacing the drill bit, though. A nice brad point will serve you better.
